Need your input -- Samaj Bylaws

Dear members,

Thanks for your active participation in the activities that the
Samaj has hosted for years since its inception. Also thanks for
your countless hours of help as well as recommendations to make this
growth sustainable.

With this growth we all have adpated to some changes. With due
considerations the Trustees are requesting review of the Bylaws to
align the Samaj with our strengths. Please take few minutes out of
your schedule to read the Bylaws (published in the 2008 directory as
well as the Samaj website--
http://www.mngujaratisamaj.org/about/bylaws) and provide your
feedback by no later than 9/30/08. Trustees will have a follow-up
mtg and will propose any changes at our upcoming Diwali get-together
on 11/8/08.

Also, it is that time of the year to seek nominations for the 2009
executive committee. Please forward the nominations to Mr. Subodh
Patel (subodh11@gmail.com) or other trustees by no later than
10/11/08.
